The HV Assets Care transformer monitoring platform is a comprehensive solution that optimizes the management of high-voltage assets. It enables both offline (laboratory reports upload) and online (connected to sensors) monitoring, data analysis, and diagnostics. It has a secure interface for uploading each asset's oil analysis reports from preventive maintenance. All transmitted and stored data is encrypted using SSL/TLS and AES-256 standards. Sensors are connected to the cloud via the Sense Gate via LTE.
HV Assets offers flexible subscription plans, enabling the monitoring of your entire transformer fleet. The platform subscription can be paid monthly or annually (with discounts) and can be contracted for a minimum period of one month. All stored data is preserved even with the end of the monthly contract and can be accessed again with the renewal of the subscription at any time, according to the customer's needs. Contact us to test the platform for free for 30 days, without any commitment.
Applications
The platform is used for offline data processing from oil quality analysis samples (physical-chemical) and dissolved gas analysis (chromatography), enabling uploading of the history of all preventive maintenance since commissioning for in-depth analysis.
In addition to enabling offline data analysis (laboratory reports), it is also used to view measurements from sensors connected to the cloud in real-time.
-
Health Index based on Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) and Oil Quality Analysis (OQA), enabling the generation of the ranking of the transformer fleet from the scores.
-
Criticality Index based on the value of the asset and impact on production in the event of failure.
-
Data Quality Index to verify the reliability of the generated score, based on the date of the last update.
-
Indices developed based on methods recommended by CIGRE, International Council of Large Electrical Systems.
-
DGA through consolidated methods for diagnosis of defects, such as the Duval Triangle and Duval Pentagon, proportion analysis, recommended by IEEE C57.104-2019.
-
Advanced OQA based on the characteristics of each equipment and type of oil used (mineral, vegetable or synthetic).
-
Furfuraldehyde Analysis (FFA) makes it possible to investigate paper degradation for a greater deepening of the general condition of the transformer.
-
Historical charts and general tables with market limits for analysis of sample report data and cloud-connected sensors. The platform meets the main IEEE standards: C57.104, C57.106, C57.147 and C57.155.
-
In addition, it has a thermal analysis module connected to the sensors installed in the transformer, based on the IEEE C57.91 standard, enabling in-depth load management and aging estimates (service life).
-
The sensors connected to the Industrial IoT Gateway are viewed online, in real time, through a web socket connection.
-
The data from the sensors connected to the platform can also be viewed in detail through graphics.
-
All transmitted and stored data are encrypted using SSL/TLS and AES-256 standards.
